“Equal justice and free legal aid The State shall secure that the operation of the legal system promotes justice, on a basis of equal opportunity, and shall, in particular, provide free legal aid, by suitable legislation or schemes or in any other way, to ensure that opportunities for securing justice are not denied to any citizen by reason of economic or other disabilities.”
We at FM, in salutation of the Constitution of India, try to serve the society as a conscientious corporate citizen. As a part of our objectives and philosophy we provide free legal aid to Indians who live at or below the poverty level and cannot afford to hire a lawyer when confronted with a legal problem. Advice is provided by qualified solicitors and advocates who volunteer their time for free. Citizens can find answers to questions about their legal rights. We give legal education materials and tools that give basic information on a number of legal issues, and in some cases, detailed instructions and forms to help in the case concerned.
