Srinath RA. Iyengar is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted as an Advocate in India and as a Solicitor in UK (NP). He has more than 26 years of overall experience handling and advising on matters pertaining to Civil & Taxation Laws, Corporate Laws, Cross border Contractual and Commercial Disputes, Consumer Disputes (representing corporate clients) and land acquisition disputes, etc.

Srinath has acted as Standing Counsel for Competition Commission of India (CCI) and regularly appears before the Supreme Court, High Courts (Gujarat, Bombay and Madras), and Tribunals including Customs Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal  and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. He has also earlier served as in-house counsel for corporate entities including HCL Technologies Ltd. and Sutherland Global Service Pvt. Ltd.
